These Terms govern your access to and use of theshotcraft.com and the Shotcraft services (the "Service"), operated by Parab Ventures Pte. Ltd. ("Shotcraft", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shotcraft is a platform for photographers offering AI-assisted photo critique ("Critique"), curated location guides and an AI trip planner ("Explore"), an AI coaching experience ("Coach"), and a library of ebooks ("Learn"). The features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and for keeping your information accurate.
Plans (Free, Pro, Premium) are offered at the prices shown on our Pricing page; paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as our Merchant of Record via Stripe Managed Payments. Prices are in USD and applicable taxes are handled by Stripe. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change prices or features with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period.
You retain all ownership of the photographs and content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Shotcraft a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and analyse Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. to generate a critique or coaching feedback). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train AI models without your consent. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and ensuring it infringes no one's rights or any law.
Critique, Coach, and Explore outputs are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, for educational and informational purposes only. They are opinions and suggestions, not professional or guaranteed advice. We do not warrant any particular outcome — including competition success, sales, or skill improvement.
Ebooks and other digital materials are licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share them. They remain the intellectual property of Shotcraft.
You agree not to: upload content you lack rights to; upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content; reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its AI; share or resell your account or our content; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service — its software, design, text, the Shotcraft name and logo, the ebooks and guides, and all other materials (excluding Your Content) — is owned by Parab Ventures Pte. Ltd. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service relies on third parties (including Stripe for payments and AI providers for processing). Your use may be subject to their terms; we are not responsible for their services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parab Ventures Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time, posting the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, giving reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
